To all of our valued clients,
During this difficult time it is important we all do our part to ensure we slow the spread of the CoronaVirus.
At Serrano Roofing we are being diligent using safe practice in how we continue to serve the community with out risking the the health and wellbeing of our employees, our clients and their families.
I am going to list the primary things we are doing to keep everyone safe.
Our office is only being staffed for the foreseeable future by Our office manager Bob Seifert, no other employees, including myself are allowed to enter the office during office hours. We are following the protocol in the fliers attached to this email to keep our office safe and have employees separated.
Our Project manager Bill Hill, is working from his vehicle remotely using the practices outlined in the fliers, and will have no need for direct physical contact or to enter a home at any time.
Our crews are separated by those that live with each other. They will work together, travel together to and from work and will not be mixed with another crew for any reason, as well are being directed to practice social distancing guidelines ,as well they will have no need to enter your home or meet directly with you.
All project estimates are performed from the outside with all communication being performed by phone or electronically with email, text , or a number of different apps we are currently using to maintain safe separation. As well we can continue to finalise new projects, submit permit applications and warranties during this time period with minimum disruption and virtually no direct contact, or need to enter your home in most cases.
In the event I do need to enter a structure I am using face masks clean gloves and a tyvek suit to ensure I do not bring any contamination in, or take it into my vehicle, to the office or home with me.
At any point an employee is sick they are directed to stay home and follow self quarantine procedures until they can be tested for the virus.
We are doing everything possible to protect everyone on our team and our clients to continue with some normalcy during these difficult times.
