Roof Repair Project on Erinns Trail in Chester, NY
This project, on Erinns Trial in Chester New York, was a roof repair for a realtor. The home was for sale and the chimney cap was rotted through and leaking; there was no ridge vent, and there were some damaged shingles. We installed a new custom stainless steel chimney cap and installed a GAF Snow Country ridge vent at the peak to balance the ventilation. Then we installed an Owens Corning Supreme 3 tab shingles in Chateau Green on the repairs.
