About Serrano II Inc - Middletown's Leading Roofing Contractor

Welcome to Serrano II Inc, Middletown's favorite family-owned roofing contractor since 1968. I'm Paul Skindzier and have been in the construction business for over 47 years. When I was 11, I told my father, a lifelong construction worker and craftsman, that I wanted to save up enough money to buy a motorcycle. Dad said, "Sure - but you'll have to work for it."

I started working construction with him after school and on the weekends, earning $2 an hour. Over the years, I worked with many other companies, went to college for specialized construction, and was in the union for five years, but the whole time, I still kept on working with my dad up until I took over the family business in 1986 at the age of 25. Nearly 40 years later, and Serrano II Inc is still going strong to this day.

As a prominent Middleton roofing company and a second-generation family-run business, we are indebted to the locals who have kept us in business over the decades. There's a reason we've earned that trust, though.
