Roof Maintenance Project on Laudaten Way in Warwick, NY

This project on Laudaten Way in Warwick, NY was a roof maintenance job. The modified bitumen roof need a new coating since it had not been maintained since its original install 5 or so years ago. We cleaned the roof and installed the Karnak #108 asphalt primer. The primer is used to create a solid bonding surface for the fibered aluminum roof coating. Once the primer had cured we installed a new Velux FCM 3030 skylight, then installed the Karnak #97 Fibered Aluminum Roofing coating on the roof.
