This job is a roof drain repair done at Laudaten Way in Warwick, NY, where the drain was leaking into the bathroom. We cleaned the roof of water and debris, removed the membrane from around the drain, and cleaned the materials from the original roof. We installed an IB Roof System’s Retrofit Drain. We patched the membrane with a target patch using the 60 mil IB Roof System’s PVC membrane in white.
